Printed and cut in what the part actually needs.
Not sure what's right for your part? Tell us how it'll be used: load-bearing, cosmetic, flexible, high-detail, high-temperature. We'll recommend a material and process.
Stocked essentials, with more available by request.
We regularly stock commonly used prototyping materials and source engineering polymers, laser substrates, fabrication stock, and specialty grades to suit each project. Tell us the strength, temperature, chemical exposure, flexibility, or finish you need, and we'll confirm the best option and availability.
PLA
Rapid prototypes, jigs, fixtures, models, and general-purpose components.
PETG
Durable functional parts requiring improved toughness and chemical resistance.
TPU 95A
Flexible components including grips, feet, seals, gaskets, and protective parts.
ABS
Strong, impact-resistant, and more heat-tolerant. Ideal for functional housings, mechanical parts, and demanding applications.
Wood
Laser-cut plywood and MDF for enclosures, signage, models, and decorative pieces.
Acrylic
Cut and engraved acrylic sheet for displays, panels, signage, and light-diffusing parts.
Metal
Aluminium, steel, and other alloys for machining, cutting, forming, and fabrication.
Rubber
Cut rubber and foam sheet for gaskets, seals, padding, and vibration dampening.
Specialty Filaments
Glow, translucent, composite, and other specialty materials for specific applications.
Engineering Materials
Performance-focused materials for parts requiring higher strength, heat resistance, wear resistance, or other mechanical properties.
Resin
High-detail prototypes, intricate geometries, small components, and presentation models.
Engineering Resins
Advanced resin systems for demanding applications, including high-temperature, tough, rigid, flexible, ESD-safe, and specialty components.
Available on request, by material family.
These materials are sourced per project rather than kept on the shelf at all times. Please confirm availability and lead time when you enquire.
Need a material not listed?
The materials shown on this page are representative rather than exhaustive. For specialised applications, KoeMah can source and process less common polymer grades, including ESD safe, flame retardant, cleanroom compatible or low particulate, metal detectable, food contact, antimicrobial, chemically resistant, fibre reinforced and high temperature materials, subject to the application, selected manufacturing process, supplier availability and supporting documentation.
Our capabilities are not limited to polymers or additive manufacturing. We also support components manufactured from aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, brass, copper and other engineering alloys using appropriate machining and fabrication processes. Specialist materials may require minimum order quantities and extended sourcing lead times, so early enquiry and project planning are recommended.
PLA Family
General-purpose and specialty finishes for prototypes, models, and decorative pieces.
PETG Family
Durable and chemical-resistant, with finishes for both functional and display parts.
ABS & ASA Family
Heat- and impact-resistant. ASA adds UV resistance for outdoor parts.
Engineering & High-Performance
For demanding mechanical, chemical or high-temperature applications. These materials are evaluated per job and are not stocked by default.
Flexible (TPU / TPE)
A range of hardness grades for grips, gaskets, cushioning, and flexible prototypes.
Resin
Speciality resin formulations beyond our standard grade include tough, flexible, castable and high-temperature blends for specific finish and performance needs.
Wood
Laser-cut sheet stock for enclosures, signage, models, and decorative pieces.
Acrylic
Cut and engraved acrylic sheet for displays, panels, signage, and light-diffusing parts.
Metal
Metal parts produced using machining, cutting, bending, engraving, and finishing processes selected for the job.
Rubber
Cut rubber and foam sheet for gaskets, seals, padding, and vibration dampening.
Material compliance is project-specific.
RoHS, REACH and Responsible Engineering
Where required, materials are sourced with supplier-declared RoHS and REACH information. Applicability depends on the specific material, component, process, documentation, and project requirements.
