Who is responsible
KoeMah Technologies is responsible for the personal and project information submitted through this website.
Information we collect and its source
We collect information directly from you when you contact us or submit a Request for Quote. This may include your name, phone number, email address, company or organisation, project details, requested deadline, uploaded files, filenames and file sizes. We also record the submitting IP address and basic technical information needed to secure the form and prevent abuse.
Required and optional information
The quote form identifies which fields are required and which are optional. Required contact and project information is needed for us to identify your enquiry, assess the request and respond. If it is not provided, we may be unable to process the quote request. File uploads are optional.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your requirements, prepare quotations, communicate with you, deliver requested services, maintain appropriate project records, and protect our website and systems. We do not sell submitted contact information or project files.
Project files, access and service providers
Submitted files are used only to assess and fulfil your request. Access is limited to KoeMah team members handling the enquiry or project. Website hosting, database and business-email providers may process information only as needed to provide those services. Their infrastructure may operate in Malaysia or other jurisdictions where those providers process data for KoeMah.
Website analytics and your choice
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and enquiry-related actions. Analytics may process information such as the pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, referring source, scrolling, outbound-link clicks and form interaction events. We configure the site not to send RFQ field contents, customer messages, uploaded project files or URL query strings to Analytics. Google Analytics is not loaded and its analytics cookies are not created unless you select “Accept analytics”. You may decline without affecting the website or change your choice later through the “Analytics settings” link in the footer. Google may process analytics data in other jurisdictions in accordance with its privacy terms.
Retention and removal
Quote enquiries marked Closed / Not Proceeding, their uploaded files, and related customer updates are retained for up to three months from the latest closure date, then removed unless a longer period is requested or reasonably needed to resolve an active discussion. Reopening an enquiry cancels the active removal countdown. Records connected to accepted or completed projects may be retained for longer where needed for delivery, warranty, accounting, dispute resolution, or applicable legal and business requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to request deletion or restriction of its use. These requests remain subject to records we are required or reasonably need to retain. KoeMah does not use information submitted through the quote form for unrelated direct marketing without an appropriate basis or permission.
