Display Stands
Risers, plinths, and product stands where a clean, transparent edge is the point.
Acrylic produces a glass like polished edge when laser cut, making it suitable for display stands, signage and light diffusing panels. Cast and extruded acrylic behave differently during engraving and machining, and many colours are available beyond clear.

Acrylic produces a crisp, polished cut edge, bonds readily and accepts a range of finishes. It is more brittle than polycarbonate, so it is not the preferred choice for parts that must flex or absorb impact.

Edge-lit signage and light-diffusing panels that make use of acrylic's light-channeling properties.
Protective covers, viewing windows, and precision-cut panels for enclosures and fixtures.
Reusable marking templates and transparent guards where visibility and precise cut geometry matter.
Cast acrylic gives the best clarity and engraving contrast and is the usual choice for signage and display work, while extruded acrylic is more consistent in thickness and better suited to larger flat panels. Clear, frosted, coloured, mirrored, and fluorescent variants cover most display and signage needs without additional finishing. The trade-off is brittleness. Acrylic cracks under sudden impact or flex rather than deforming, so it's not the right choice for parts that need to bend, absorb shock, or survive being dropped.
