Material Review
Confirm that the material is suitable and safe for the laser process, including thickness, finish, masking, and edge expectations.
KoeMah provides laser cutting and engraving for functional sheet components, panels, labels, displays and customised items. We review material, thickness, geometry, edge requirements, marking detail and quantity to select a practical setup for the intended result.
KoeMah supports laser cutting, engraving and marking for compatible metal and non-metal materials. Projects can include engineering panels, templates, labels, display elements, enclosures, models and custom pieces, with the process selected for the required material, geometry and finish.

Confirm that the material is suitable and safe for the laser process, including thickness, finish, masking, and edge expectations.
Review vectors, kerf, internal corners, minimum features, nesting, engraving layers, and part identification.
Cut or engrave using settings developed for the material, geometry, and required surface result.
Where included, clean, finish, add hardware, and assemble the processed components.
Project clarification: Some plastics and coated materials are unsafe or unsuitable for laser processing. Material acceptance and achievable thickness are confirmed for each job.
