Test Objective
Define what the prototype must prove and which features are critical to the decision.
KoeMah develops prototypes intended to answer real engineering questions, not simply demonstrate appearance. Parts can be used to assess fit, movement, assembly, handling, durability or process suitability before the design advances towards production.
A functional prototype should answer engineering questions. KoeMah helps plan and produce prototypes that evaluate interfaces, motion, ergonomics, load paths, access, assembly sequence, or operating behaviour before higher-cost manufacturing decisions are made.

Define what the prototype must prove and which features are critical to the decision.
Select geometry, material, inserts, fasteners, and manufacturing methods appropriate to the test objective.
Produce the prototype, check key interfaces, and document observations relevant to the next design decision.
Correct identified issues and prepare the design for another validation cycle or the intended production process.
Project clarification: Prototype performance depends on how closely the chosen materials and processes represent the final product. Any important limitations will be identified during quotation or review.
