Process Study
Understand the operator task, part variation, datum strategy, cycle, access, quality risk, and expected production quantity.
KoeMah designs manufacturing aids around the real task, operator and part being controlled. By studying locating, clamping, access, repeatability and error risks, we develop jigs and fixtures that make assembly, inspection and handling more consistent.
KoeMah designs and produces jigs, fixtures, guides, nests, gauges and workholding aids for assembly, alignment, drilling, inspection, handling or repeat production tasks. The objective is practical control and repeatability, not complexity for its own sake.

Understand the operator task, part variation, datum strategy, cycle, access, quality risk, and expected production quantity.
Develop locating, clamping, guiding, poka-yoke, ergonomic, and inspection features suitable for the operation.
Build and evaluate the fixture against real parts or representative conditions where available.
Refine the design, document use, and produce the agreed quantity after validation.
Project clarification: Fixture accuracy and validation depend on reliable reference parts, drawings, tolerances, and an agreed inspection method.
