Process Selection
Choose FDM or resin based on geometry, detail, strength, surface, size, tolerance, quantity, and handling requirements.
KoeMah uses FDM and detailed resin printing to move ideas into physical parts quickly and purposefully. Each job is reviewed for function, geometry, material, finish and quantity so the selected process supports useful testing, presentation or end use.
KoeMah uses FDM and high-detail resin printing as engineering tools for prototypes, tooling, models, and selected end-use components. Material, orientation, layer strategy, support, tolerance, and finishing are chosen around what the part must actually do.

Choose FDM or resin based on geometry, detail, strength, surface, size, tolerance, quantity, and handling requirements.
Review wall thickness, clearances, orientation, support strategy, shrinkage risk, and part splitting before production.
Prepare, manufacture, clean, and inspect parts against the agreed purpose and critical requirements.
Use prototype feedback to refine fit, function, geometry, or material before further production.
Project clarification: Maximum dimensions alone do not determine manufacturability. Large or demanding parts may need splitting, reinforcement, a different material, or another manufacturing process.
